1. In short

WindRush does not collect or share any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device, without an Internet connection.

3. Data collected: none

No account or sign-up: no name, e-mail or password is requested.
No ads, no in-app purchases.
No analytics, tracking or crash reporting tools in the game.
No advertising ID or device ID is read by the game.
The game does not use the Internet and asks for no sensitive permissions (location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera).

No data leaves your device.

4. What stays on your device

So that you can pick up where you left off, the game saves locally, in the app's private storage: your progress (level, career, stars, medals, challenges, records), your settings (language, sound, graphics quality, assists) and technical files that speed up loading. These files are never sent to anyone and we have no access to them.

5. Deleting your data

Uninstall WindRush, or open Settings > Apps > WindRush > Storage > Clear data. All progress is then permanently deleted.

6. Google Play

WindRush is distributed through Google Play. Downloads and updates are covered by Google's privacy policy. Google may give the developer anonymous, aggregated statistics (number of installs, crashes) that cannot identify you.

7. Children

WindRush collects no data from anyone, including children. The game has no ads, no purchases and no chat between players.

8. If you write to us

If you contact us by e-mail, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are not kept longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

9. Your rights

You have the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure). Since the game processes no personal data, there is nothing to send you, but you are welcome to write to us with any question. You may also contact your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

10. Changes

If this policy changes (for example if an online feature is added one day), this page will be updated before the version concerned and the date above will change.

The website www.windrush.fr

This website sets no cookies. It uses no visitor statistics, advertising, trackers or social media buttons, and loads nothing from other websites: fonts and images are hosted here.

As with any website, the hosting provider's server (see the legal notice) records technical logs for each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. They are used for security and to keep the server running, are managed by the hosting provider and are deleted after a limited period. We do not use them to identify or track you.

If you write to contact@windrush.fr to become a tester, your address is only used to invite you to the closed test on Google Play and to reply to you.
